At the early stage Metz had developed the shredder machine
that converts cold rolled steel sheet into an excellent quality iron source.
Those coolant materials contribute to the Blue Earth as a part of the high performance steel products
that meet the needs of a carbon neutral society.

We are always moving forward to make progress in creating other high performance steel materials made of different kinds of steel scraps,
not just having this cold rolled sheet scrap.

Products

We provide highly purified coolants for steel making, high grade casting and material for iron chloride, meeting the recent diversified needs of iron and steel source.

  • Coolant for steel making

    It can be used for controlling the temperature “Cooling” to mold and shape the iron.

  • Material for high grade cast iron

    It is highly suitable for processing, owing to the high solubility, and it is also quite useful to add and adjust constituents and elements for cast iron making.

  • Material for thermite reaction

    Iron powder with the size of 5MM or less can be used to make ferroalloy using thermite reaction.
